Still think drink driving is a good idea?

It doesn't matter how many lights you have, what type of road you are on or what precautions you take. If you have someone like Jodie smith of Keynsham, Bristol, the driver of this rover who was driving drunk with bald tyres and no insurance and determined to cause death and destruction, all you can do is watch out and hope you are the lucky enough to not be in the way.

Unlucky for us but luckily for other motorists and pedestrians that he drove into one of our parked recovery vehicles, only injuring himself and having to be cut out of his vehicle. This could have been lots worse, if the operator was at the back of the truck at the time or if it was a car with a family in it that he'd driven into instead there would have been very likely a death.

We now have to foot the bill for the £4000 worth of damage to the vehicle and accept the loss of income caused by this idiots actions.

Jodie smith, unfortunately still able to walk, escaped with just a £300 fine and a 20 month ban after very nearly finishing our business.
